Questions about the Penthrox course, trouble signing in, a certificate that will not print, or a sound you would like added to Polara Sim. We read everything and reply by email, usually within two business days.

• Course access: use the same email you signed up with.
• Polara Sim billing: subscriptions are managed in the App Store or Google Play on your device.
• Data deletion: ask here and we will remove your account within 14 days.
